Position:                        Long Term Substitute - Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

                                       Muddy Brook Regional Elementary School

Requirements:              Current Board Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant   

Qualifications:              Demonstrated knowledge of, concern for and success in working with students with a variety of disabilities; demonstrated skill in the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders; demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative learning environment; strong knowledge of current assessments, intervention strategies, and the use of data to monitor progress; demonstrated skill in writing IEP goals and progress reports; demonstrated success in communicating effectively and constructively with students, colleagues and parents in the development and delivery of child-centered instruction; demonstrated success in working in teams and co-teaching with various collaborators.  Other qualifications as established by the District.

Starting Date:            October 15, 2024 through approximately December 20, 2024 (or when the current employee returns)
